Terms of Service

Products may have special rules only for that individual product, please be sure to read the product pages thoroughly before purchasing.

" Models " Terms of Service

• Do NOT make any of my avatars public, if it's not uploaded by me it is an illegal upload.
• Do NOT upload for anyone other than yourself, this is only allowed if both people have purchased my avatar.
• Do NOT share file passwords, if you cannot find the password.. check again
• Do NOT price split my avatars.
• If purchasing for another person, be sure to put their information in at checkout! (Discord/VRC Name/Email)
• You may use my avatars in other games as long as only you have access to them, no one else should be able to use it.
• If in a future VRC update something breaks in an avatar, it is NOT my responsibility to fix it.
• Do NOT trade/leak/resell/redistribute my avatars.
• Do NOT take any asset/animation/texture/icon from my avatars.
• You may use my avatars for streaming purposes; Youtube/Twitch/etc. WITH credit to my shop.
•       ↳ This does not mean you may use my avatar as your OC, these are my personal characters that I have designed.
• You may edit my avatars, however you may NOT claim them as your own, give credit.
• If you find a leaked public upload of one of my avatars, report it and please do NOT use it.
• You may ONLY use my products by obtaining from the original source (ie: nitroboosting, purchasing from my shop.
• You are responsible for your purchase, refunds will not be granted for digital products.

" Assets " Terms of Service

• Do NOT leak/resell/trade/redistribute my assets.
• You may redistribute paid/free sculpts of my head asset: Chihiro Head (paid edits may not be more than $10),
•       ↳ Customer must provide proof they've purchased my head
•       ↳ If you are unsure of their proof; create a ticket in my server and provide their email address, I can check after.
• Do NOT share file passwords, if you cannot find the password.. check again
• Do NOT price split my assets.
• If purchasing for another person, be sure to put their information in at checkout! (Discord/VRC Name/Email)
• Do not recreate my avatars, use your imagination, be creative with my assets.
• You may use my assets in other games as long as only you have access to them, no one else should be able to use it.
• You may ONLY use my products by obtaining from the original source (ie: nitroboosting, purchasing from my shop.
• Giving credit is a must, use the following format (ex.): " head: sleepy (OR sleepyvrc) [hyperlink to the asset used on my name] "
• You may use my assets on avatars used for streaming purposes; Youtube/Twitch/etc. WITH credit to my shop.
• You may use my assets on COMMISSIONS as long as BOTH people have purchased the rights.
• You may sell textures for my heads, only if they are completely drawn by you (nothing from the original texture can be on it).
• You may use my assets on commercial/private/public/free/nitro avatars
•       ↳ You are limited to 2 of my assets on nitro/free avatars
• You are responsible for your purchase, refunds will not be granted for digital products.

By purchasing you are in an automatic agreement to abide by my rules.
